Package Legal Clarifications

• Outbound calling through High Level CRM in which we are an affiliate and receive compensation for sales of system and packages. We assist with the setup of the agent but are not owners of the software nor do we work for or represent High Level in any way. We assist as a consultant stand-alone in servicing clients also under our agency license through sub-accounts.

• All custom requested work is not included within the AI employee plans and are to be paid in-advance in per-hour or per-project basis before services are rendered and delivered. Any services requested will be assigned based on timeframe, team requirement, and current workload. Services can be accepted or denied solely based on T-Squared Technology.

• We go through a comprehensive onboarding by Zoom. This can be either 1-party or multi-member as long as they work directly for your company. We will cover the included features, provide access, show you how to add your team, Partners, outside companies, or other parties are not allowed to join the live Zoom onboarding call. We will send a recording after the onboarding to your email, typically within 1-2 business days. 

• AI Employee Training Program is a pre-set training regimen catered to assisting clients in a lesson style format. We will meet once in beginning of the month for 1-hour to review the lesson and assign methods of study. We schedule 2nd call for middle of the month to review the lesson and support you in reviewing or training team in requested areas of the platform. Additional hours or custom work is not included and will be billed under our hourly or project based rates.

• All packages are paid in-advance before services are rendered. If payment is not made within 3 business days of due date, your account access will be blocked until payment is rendered for your services. If you fail to pay after 90 days, your account will face permanent deletion. Upon cancellation request, we will provide you 90-days to rejoin before permanent deletion.

• AI voice, AI chat, AI workflows, AI funnel creator, AI reviews, and other premium features of the platform are pay-per-use unless on the AI Complete Employee plan, in which the AI Unlimited High Level package is included with your subscription. This service is subject to change based on the offering of High Level pricing and package options. Our agency covers the cost of the package within your monthly subscription only on the AI complete employee. AI Essential and AI Advanced are both pay-per-use plans. • Custom AI Employee’s have a one-time setup fee that is not included in the holiday setup waiver offer on the 0ther packages offered. This package requires extensive customized setup and manual labor. Pricing for custom provided post a live initial Zoom consultation call once we have a defined understanding of the services being requested.
